Next Step - Broadening Understanding of Yoga

The next step in yoga is the integration of yogic principles and practices in day-to-day life. Every Next Step online course takes us a step further towards this process with a new set of practices, sadhana and swadhyaya.

This course will teach us how to better express our yogic knowledge and experience in our daily life in order to live in harmony and unity with the world around us.

The purpose of the course is to continue the steps for the alumni of Yogic Studies Courses in keeping connected with the Satyananda Yoga teachings and developing the knowledge and understanding of how steady, deepening sadhana is reflected in all aspects of life.

New Course is starting: 4th March 2022
