Online Introductory Course

The SYAE Introductory Course consists of two online weekend seminars. Its aim is to deepen one’s understanding and experience of classical yoga, as presented through the Satyananda system of yoga / or Satyananda Yoga.

It introduces systematic daily programmes, that include the basic aspects of hatha yoga (asana and pranayama), pratyahara meditation techniques, relaxation practices and swadhyaya components (self-reflection).
