This Online Module aims at deepening the experience of yoga by learning how to express oneself in the most positive way. It broadens the understanding of how the integration of yogic principles and practices in day-to-day life can raise the level of our happiness and create harmony within our family and community.
After finding ways to connect with our inner self, the next step in yoga is that we learn how to express ourselves with creativity to enhance the beauty of life. This creative expression leads us to connect with the best of our nature and the goodness in life, leading to a better relation with the world around us.
This course is for all Satyananda Yoga aspirants, to keep connecting with the classical yoga teachings of the Satyananda Yoga system, and to keep on with an appropriate, steady, deepening sadhana and a sincere yogic lifestyle, which will result in upliftment in all aspects of life.

Course Aim
Aim of this course is to bring together aspirants of Satyananda Yoga, providing the opportunity to reconnect with the teachings of the Satyananda Yoga tradition, and to assist to move towards the true aim of yoga – living yoga in a practical and applicable manner.

Experienced Satyananda Yoga teachers and teachers/instructors trained in the Satyananda system of Yoga from Europe and Bihar Yoga Bharati (Institute for Advanced Yogic Sciences, India) will conduct and assess the course.
This course is for aspirants of Satyananda Yoga to keep connecting with the classical yoga teachings of the Satyananda system and developing the knowledge and understanding of how steady, deepening sadhana and a sincere yogic lifestyle is reflected in all aspects of life.
Students will be expected to be present for all
sessions at all times, to participate fully in all aspects
of the online course.
A personal sadhana program will be provided consisting of asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation and self-reflection to assist you in deepening the experience after the weekend.
Due to substantial differences in average income of
participants from different areas of Europe, course fees apply as follows:

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine
The course fee covers all practical and theoretical
tuition (incl. PDF handout).
Participants with limited financial resources can
apply for reduced course fee.
Closing date of application: 2nd Sept. 2022. Please apply well in advance, as spaces are limited. They may fill up before the application closing date.
